Gaylin Poulson

“After seeing my doctor and getting his approval, I monitor myself every day to make sure my blood sugars and blood pressure are in the safe levels. I am walking and jogging 3 - 7 miles per day. Never in my life have I been able to do that. After 30 days I had met my goal and lost 30 pounds.”

Testimonials

Mike H.'s story...

I started the 9 day cleanse because a friend (Allen Stalvey) recommended it. I had been interested in the subject of cleansing for years, but didn't know how to go about it. At ~165 pounds and 5' 6" I wasn't really interested in weight loss (although my doctor said I should loose some).

After my first 9 day cleanse I had lost 10 pounds and felt great! I then went on to do a 30 day cleanse but switched to the maintenance program about half way through because I had lost another 7 pounds and didn't think I needed to loose any more. I did anyway, even on the maintenance plan - I had lost another 3 pounds! All this at a time when my exercise level actually decreased (more office work).

To date (~4 months) I am holding steady at about 145 pounds - 20 pounds loss since the start. But more important are the numerous health benefits:
